Generous Housing Stipends (or Company-Provided Housing)
Our 13-week travel assignments come with generous, non-taxable weekly housing stipends for our travelers who wish to find their own accommodations. We also offer the option of working with our housing specialists to find private, fully-furnished housing for your lifestyle (*Not all assignments qualify*). 
 
Travel Stipends Up To $500
We want to help you relocate to your next assignment by offering a non-taxable travel stipend of up to $500. For in-state, your non-taxable stipend is $250. For out-of-state travelers, it's $500. 
 
First Day Medical/Dental/Vision
MSSI offers comprehensive medical/dental/vision insurance options starting on day one for assignments that are 13 weeks or longer. We contribute up to $350 per month towards your medical insurance selection, which covers one of our plans 100%. Options for insurance also include Health Savings Accounts. MSSI pays for a $15,000 Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment.
